Question to those who watched:

Underneath all of the deranged/addled behavior, grievances, and distraction... was there a hint of anything new that would have justified a national address in the first place (like by a normal administration)?

Distraction from his crimes. Although that’s old news, real old news. Democrats are constantly trying to smear him with the truth. He must counter with lies.

That was new. At least to me.

Obviously, that does not justify a national address.

I'll start by saying my cousin called and said he must have told thirty lies. I said I think it was really one, the speech.

The issues were more like what topics one would hear in a state of the union address. This could have waited a month. But some around him have indicated this is his attempted kick-off for mid-term campaigning, despite not being on the ticket. This makes me happy, as I want all republican candidates be associated with him.

It was a self-fellating fiasco.

Actually, it was a waste of 20 minutes of lies and stupidity.
