'You ain't getting it here.' Louisiana store owner locks out Border Patrol agents

On Saturday, Dec. 6, a convenience store manager in Louisiana locked out a group of Border Patrol agents, denying them entry to the store.

Wayne Davis, who is assistant manager of the store in Kenner, was helping a customer when he noticed two unmarked SUVs pull into the parking lot and stop at the front of the store.

After seeing agents wearing border patrol vests exit the two vehicles, Davis locked the door from behind the counter as the agents approached, WWL Louisiana reported.

Video goes viral of Louisiana store manager who locked out Border Patrol agents

The agents kept trying to open the door, looking at Davis through the store window in confusion. This is when Davis began recording, WWL Louisiana reported.

I don't know why cities aren't cutting off electricity and water to ICE buildings that don't contain abductees. Seems a simple enough matter.

But because of this the store might get more business! I’d buy from them and say Thanks for standing up to the bullies.

The audio isn't great, but it sounds like he starts the account with mention of a customer's anxious alert.

If so, even more kudos for fast thinking.

You stood up to them and gave other people the courage to stand up to them and when enough peopoe out there have had enough and make their job impossible, perhaps they will go away.

Or this administration will become only a shit stain on the constitution, with Stephen Miller getting everything that's coming to him.

I know that a lot of people weren't happy with us then. I would not have liked being refused entry into a store because I was in uniform.

Not equating my military service with CBP or ICE but there are multiple points of view.

I do remember the day the war started I was in a 7-11 in uniform and a teacher asked me "what do I tell my students?" . I gave a not very nice answer and thought better of it and followed her outside and had a nice conversation with her. I explained that I didn't make the policies but had to carry them out and we came to an understanding. Best reason I ever had for being late to work.

You bet I'm locking the doors. I don't care who they claim to be.

Should he get into legal trouble over this, he should use this for a defense.
