They say that in the short term, it slows the formation of amyloid plaques, but at the cost of possible brain bleeds needing monitoring. One said that it may be causing small strokes - TIAs - which would account for his drooping right side.

and the disease it is used for, the more it makes sense that Trump has early dementia and is being treated with this treatment.
It explains the bruised hands, the two-week intervals, the erratic (more than usual) behavior and the MRIs.
It makes perfect sense.
