Am I the only one to cringe every time the media calls the strike on survivors a "potential war crime"?

WE ARE NOT AT WAR.

The strike was nothing short of MURDER sanctioned by the State.

The media is shaping people's beliefs as to the moral justification of the strike simply by mischaracterizing it as having been done pursuant to war. Many superficial patriots are content with that justification.

Stop calling this a war crime. Perhaps Hegseth should have renamed the DoD the Department of Murder; that would be much more authentic.

Narco-terrorists, narco-boats, narco-terrorism.

These are not “combatants”. They are not firing any weapons. when it was mostly Black people taking drugs, it was their fault. Now that white kids are dying of overdoses the mighty US military has to step in and start blowing up little boats. We don’t even know if they’re carrying drugs I bet at least some of them aren’t. Whatever happened to “just say no,” and the party of personal responsibility

I only have to remember back to the time that whenever anyone called Trump's actions treasonous, a constitutional scholar or two would correct them to say that the term "treason" was very narrowly defined. The legal meaning of treason differs from its colloquial usage.

I'd same the same thing applies here. There is no war on drugs in a legal sense, only in an action movie sense. And firing on these boats is not a act of war, it's a murderous act of aggression without due process.

I am not terrorized by the idea of fentanyl because I don’t take black market drugs
