What's to stop trump from declaring that homeless people

Are enemies or terrorists and executing them with drones? Not fucking much at this point.

Which makes me wonder if his SCROTUS immunity has been driving his boat attacks. He's showing the world that he can kill anybody and he doesn't even need evidence. So do not mess with him!

Is his SCROTUS immunity only for "legal" orders? That could get tricky.

I haven't heard of the military using the GPS coordinates of the boats to send some divers down to gather pieces of evidence to support their actions. If they had any real evidence they likely would have produced it for Congress and the public weeks/months ago.

Just as Kegsbreath kept saying he didn't believe *rump would give an order that was unlawful while avoiding linking that unlawful condition under the UCMJ.
Conservatives have their own definition on what is unlawful or illegal. That has nothing to do with laws, legal codes, or practices other people are required to follow.
