If you've been contemplating committing a Federal crime

Now is probably a good time! I just finished reading the decision from Judge Fitzpatrick in Comey’s case. In true Trump fashion it appears that his commitment to finding the stupidest possible person and putting them in charge continues. Both the investigating FBI agent and the mediocre insurance attorney appointed to be the interim US Attorney are breathtakingly corrupt and incompetent. That’s a winning combo if there ever was one.

Reading the opinion is fascinating-smacking Ms. Halligan upside her head with polite legal language. Looks like she 1. Lied to the court. 2. Used improperly obtained evidence. 3. Violated accepted grand jury procedures.4. Violated attorney-client privilege. 5. Failed to properly record the grand jury proceedings. 6. Improperly instructed the grand jury on the law. (I guess we should cut her a break on this one since I doubt she knows the law). 7. The sole FBI agent to testify should have been excluded since he was basing his testimony on privileged materials. That’s quite a list.

Releasing the grand jury materials is an extraordinary measure. Consider the judges conclusion:

The Court recognizes that the relief sought by the defense is rarely granted. However, the record points to a disturbing pattern of profound investigative missteps, missteps that led to an FBI agent and a prosecutor to potentially undermine the integrity of the grand jury proceeding. Therefore, in this case, “the Court has before it a rare example of a criminal defendant who can actually make a particulaized and factually based showing that grounds exist to support the proposition that irregularities may have occurred in the grand jury proceedings and may justify the dismissal of one or more counts of the indictment. Accordingly the defense request for all grand jury materials is granted.

Wow. That is a legal spanking. Only the best…

Already seeing crimes skyrocket around the country as "Lead by example" takes hold. It will be the wild, wild west on steroids.

And when you’re attractive and in the right circles you can often skate by-sad but true. In the words of Fernando Llamas (the Billy Crystal version)…better to look good than to be good.

that this case will survive to be presented to a jury. That’s unfortunate since corruption like this needs to be fully exposed to public scrutiny. Right now only Comey and his attorneys, the judge, and the prosecution know the depth and breadth of the corruption and incompetence of the US Attorney’s office.

if you are going to commit a federal crime, just claim you're a Republican and express fealty to Donald Trump and you just might get a pardon, provided you give Trump a cut.

perpetrate this criminal fraud against a person that has the most knowledge and experience of the system of which they're trying to use to punish him. The audacity is astounding.

They are too stupid to know what they don't know and too criminal to get help from those that do but are unwilling to commit crimes on their behalf.
