Well, the "perfect" time would have been in 1946 or so

into a rubber.

But the second best time is now. Hopefully Charlie KKKirKKK is preparing his eternal dwelling place for him.
Or perhaps the set-up for the reunion with his best pal Jeffrey is complete.
