I think we are rapidly nearing

the put your head between your legs and kiss your ass good bye stage of this on going disaster.

It got far worse than I expected, far faster than I expected. I am a certified anxiety disorder and severe recurrent depressive disorder personality. I also lean very heavily towards pessimism. It's pretty sad that it's even more disastrous than I imagined it could be.

It is a bloody mess and that is putting it mildly. I have tuned out a lot except for online due to my anxiety and health issues. This past week has been awful due to daylight savings too etc. The past 2 days I have to do deep breathing to calm myself and refocus on other things. I have not been that bad for a while now.

I hope one day there will be justice for all of this.

Hugs to you 🤗

Watching tv shows old and now some new and my cats and walks has helped me too and videos about happy things.

Today’s revelation of hogsbreath’s utter idiocy gives me hope.

It’s bad, but this is an event that allows democrats to push back hard, with the idiots’ own words.

Events which should have given Democrats opportunity in the past have been pissed away or outmaneuvered by republicon scum. So I no longer have any hope before actual consequences.

Political. Funny. They absolutely trash tsf. It's a brief perspective on same shitshow that normally pisses you off. Colbert, Kimmel and my favorite - Seth Meyers.

His (his writers') nicknames for Trump, usually tailored to a given story, are true gems. A great recent example was offered during a bit where Jimmy was talking about Trump's takeover of the Kennedy Center and resulting cancellations. The stage-related nickname offered... Fatty Lupone.

dangerous time in the United States and world. People are suffering. And that is reality.

On the other hand, the convicted sex offender & felon has not had a single "win" thus far in his second term. That is unusual for a new administration. There are good people standing up to them.

Things will be tough for two years. But then they will get better.

as a side note, I am reminded of something Phyllis Diller said:

"For emergency plane landings they tell you to stick your head between your legs. I don't want to be found like that!"
