is that if someone puts TCF in front of a camera/press corps and hands him something to sign, he will do so without knowing a damn thing about the piece of paper he is signing.
I just saw a piece of media which showed his signings on Inauguration Day, and his babble clearly revealed, repeatedly, that he didn't know what the heck he was signing or what it meant.

(3,711 posts)This only confirms my belief that the concept of the President as a singular person is quaint and outdated.
The job has grown so much that it can only be described as a team.
The person of the President can certainly pick and choose what his or her involvement will be in various aspects of domestic and foreign policy, but as to the abounding rest the President is a speech reader and a signing machine.

(49,754 posts)if a document is signed without the signer knowing the contents of that document, the document is invalid and unenforceable.
Example: I had to take a Will to be signed by an ill, elderly man in a nursing home. It was obvious that he didn't understand what was in the Will and that he didn't appreciate it was his Will. But yet, there was his stepdaughter by his side, instructing him to sign, sign, sign. I grabbed the document away and told her if she continued, I'd tear up the Will and throw the confetti in her face. In any case, the Will wasn't signed that day.

(35,207 posts)Ive been asking who exactly is feeding the ammo belt. Few names come forward because I believe that in actuality theres very few and NONE of them have immunity. Yes, Trump could and may have already pardoned them. Thats different. Pardons dont work that way and arent intended to.
Ultimately, what is going to happen is Trump is going to turn both pardons and EOs to shit like every thing hes ever touched.

(3,335 posts)exactly what he was doing. When the day comes that he is accountable for his actions, I want them to know he did these actions of sound mind.
Not sure why we keep giving him excuses. Oh he has dementia, oh Elon is running the country.
There's no documentation to prove any of these findings. It's all trump and when Trump goes down it's because he was of sound mind and in control so hang the SOB!
