Economics could be: Buy counterfeit for $250, slap paint and logos on, covering up the fake brand name, sell them for $1250, tRump takes a $500 cut, say. 1250 - 500 - 250 = $500 to cover paint, transaction fees, and profit.

But I surely do not know many of the facts.
