I can see why 56 percent of voters without degrees voted for President-elect Trump.

Tennessee School Districts Remove Multiple Manga Series from Libraries;
In the past two months, two school districts in Tennessee have listed the books, including manga series, that they have removed from school libraries. Other school districts in Tennessee are considering how to comply with a new state law this year to limit books in school libraries.

Why would manga-style cartoon books even be placed in school libraries to begin with? Not all of them are pornish, but many of them seem to be. If parents are monitoring what their children are doing and reading at home and in schools, this wouldn't be an issue. The librarians would know what's acceptable because they would be guided by the wishes of the parents.

Many discuss history, technology, and other subjects in ways that are both authoritative and engaging.

Personally I don’t approve of one group of parents telling other parents what their children should be allowed to read. Here I’m thinking of the Christian fundamentalists who are taking over or pressuring school boards to teach crack pot theories like creationism instead of science.

I have the DVD and probably will watch it again. I also have both versions of 1984 the one from the 50’s and 1984. Started watching it and got depressed. Because it has similar things that the orange Hitler 2.0 and his henchman have in store for us after January 20th, 2025.
