I think if Marc was to give a statement on this after knowing about it, would help myself and many others on this site make a final decision on this!!!

(54,755 posts)Seems like Ive heard in past elections of a small percentage of voters only placing presidential votes and nothing else down-ballot; but that seems like a very low percentage overall. If, as Ive been reading, there has been a drastic shift in the number of these ballots IN SWING STATES ONLY, that is most certainly enough of a red flag to re-examine things.
Especially when the winning candidate is a convicted felon with no morals or ethics, who has whined and complained about election fraud the past 4 years, and has an agenda that only benefits himself and his rich buddies.

(18,517 posts)Since the election and Harris concession, Elias hasnt spoken a word about fraud or recounts, because there wont be any recounts.
Elias organization, Democracy Docket, is now focused on the imminent challenges ahead, and raising funds to fight court battles against Trumps executive branch overreach.

(18,517 posts)Elias was on Harris legal team, and had access to more info than anyone on DU and the rest of the internet, including the single blogger, Spoonmaker or whatever his name is, who started these CTs, that everyone is quoting, but no one should take seriously.
