Putin capitalized on Yeltsin's inability to get a democratic
foothold in a country that had never had it.
He took advantage of the distinct failure of Russian economics. The lack of a middleman. You could get lots of product from the system, but distribution was such a nightmare, salespeople couldn't deliver.
Oligarchs took charge and took advantage of this shortcoming. Putin forced them to obey his guidance as he controlled the state. Short story.
Now we are in America, filled with the oligarchs who have always ruled the world.
But this one is different.
Trump has always vied to be the baddest. He resents Putin like he resents Obama.
He tried to play Putin with the Trump Tower ploy, the Miss Universe ploy and in Helsinki he hid his tail. He failed.
But he hasn't quit, he has his cult. and while beholden to Putin he wants to free himself from that burden.
He is putting on display his control of our government. His toadies are drenching their drawers at betraying their own tough guy image or betraying trump.
Now he wants to show he has the oligarchs kowtowing to him.
He got Bezos to bow. He thinks he has Leon.
Leon is unique. We have sold ourselves to his reckless success. He has Starlink. Leon has trump by the short hairs. He has Putin by the short hairs.
Oligarchs have always ruled the world, mostly in the background and reliant on kings who have armies.
Leon controls army communication.
My thought is the oligarchs have outpaced politics. They control the message.
America First is the first generation of us guided by the billionaires.
Trump is going to lead us into a chaos from which the oligarchs will lead us. They have JD in the wings.
Am I misreading this?
