I tried to watch MSNBC for the 1st time since Nov 5th

Impossible they keep showing clips of Republicans....now I know DON'T watch ever again save my sanity

For about 30 seconds and turned it off. No more MSNBC for me. I may check out the local stations for the news where I live. However for now I am just watching movies.

it's not watchable; even my favorite Lawrence is hard to stomach.
Earlier today I heard Barry McCaffrey tell us how qualified Hegpeth or whatever the hell his name is who will be head of DOD. Yes that Barry McCaffrey.

I'm taking measure to avoid exacerbating my PTSD.

I've found that Spongebob Squarepants offers therapeutic relief, at least for me. Seriously.

Also watching a lot of YouTube vids on privy digging for antique bottles. The ones by Tom Askjem, "Above the Plains" are pretty good.

Hang tough.

I can't even bring myself to watch Mideas Touch Network...

Instead im working on my house and playing relaxing music all day and just started Schitt's Creek for comedy relief.

Only escapism for the next few weeks or months...
I can't take the trauma and gaslighting.

Neither can my BP
