Huge scoop from Jake, Bres and Mel — the House Ethics Committee was scheduled to vote in TWO DAYS to release the “highly damaging” report on its investigation into Matt Gaetz.

Gaetz’s resignation means the Ethics panel loses its jurisdiction, effectively ending the probe.

6. 100% we are being trolled...Given they may not get confirmed at the next stage,

(with inparty and bipartisan fights against their appointments), it would leave these spots vacant with just "Acting" and "Interums" at the top of many Departments. Thus allowing for even more centralized control by T*****, while the Departments function with no real secretary oversight or accountability. I doubt many of these Departments will actually be filled. Alarms need to sound, because that seems to be the plan. We've seen this playbook before.
