Except for the other dictators and oligarchs this is not a good thing. We were a serious counter point to war and terror. We wobbled a lot but most helped to stabilize the rest of the world. That influence is now very questionable.

they know the treat the felon poses on the world stage. If they are laughing, it’s at the very dark, dark humor of it all. Like laughing at Dr. Strangelove.
