Senator Bob Casey can still win!

I've been watching the state carefully. The gap that separates him from the Republican keeps narrowing with the largest chunk of the vote still to come from Philly. Current gap is 29,531 down from nearly 40k and now 4 tenths of one percent between them. I think he can still win it!

I have received many requests over Yahoo, but the sender always turns out to be not Bob Casey. Am I missing something?
