This is HUGE! 🔥
This union worker for Trump was just shown that Trump is for right to work, in his own words, and admitted he would vote for Biden after learning that!
Make sure everyone sees this!

(44,804 posts)They have to be persuaded one at a time, and only if only if the issue touches them personally, and then theyre liable to forget by election day because somebody said Biden took bribes or something. Or sniffed somebodys hair or something. And their macho buddies are gonna laugh at them if they find out they support Biden

(11,504 posts)He's the most pro-union President in a century, if not ever. I'm glad this guy saw the light, but how did it take until now?

(17,552 posts)IQ45 also 'claimed' that he was at a rally with auto workers - and THAT rally had PAID STOOGES holding up tRUMP signs - and the whole place was NON-UNION!
Seriously, what cave has this 'union guy' been living in?

(2,216 posts)attention to news. If they hear ANYTHING, it's word of mouth, and Koresh knows where that comes from. I have a friend like that (unfortunately) that just remains apolitical, refuses to vote, and refuses to engage or follow anything political.
This is that "mushy middle" that just pays ZERO attention. The Fox News junkies and standard MAGATs aren't reachable (not without so much time and effort that it would make it worthless). THESE people are.

And here is the "PREPERATION" that will work on him: Having his hair (whatever of that 'thing' on his head really is) cut in preparation for entry into a US Federal Prison!

(12,667 posts)The German Nazis banned Unions.
"On 2 May 1933, Nazis stormtroopers raided trade union buildings throughout Germany. Union leaders were abducted, imprisoned, and tortured. And union assets and properties were seized. Independent trade unions were replaced with a Nazi-controlled German Labour Front, which served as a propaganda tool for the regime and its hate-filled ideology.
The Nazi ban on free trade unions not only deprived workers of collective bargaining and representation, it also removed a bastion of democracy and freedom that stood in the way of the Nazis total control over German society. It was an early step in their rule of terror and antisemitism."

Any union that supports Trump is ignorant and too lazy to look up common history.

(9,495 posts)1) Hardcore GOP and MAGA would claim this man was an actor and dismiss the video.
2) After AI video proceeds a little further, it will become easy for bad actors to generate effective propaganda. The doubt about the validity of information will have a destructive effect on self-governance. It could amplify the effects we already see of retreat to information silos and subsequent polarization.

His answer about Im not a political guy is so telling. Its a damn cult and a bigoted one. Has nothing to do with him fighting for anyone. They like that he hates who they hate.
I dont know how many of them are like this guy.
I'm a cynic, I think, even after understanding this, they would still vote for Trump. Then hope he hurts other people more than he hurts them.

Sorry to be so harsh, but they have to understand what (R)'s are all about and pro-union is not one of them.

(12,667 posts)Trump supporters are mostly Nazis. Unions leaders were one of the first people the Nazis captured, tortured and murdered.
When Trump is put in as dick-tatter, do you think he'll be any different? His father was a Nazi scum and he is a Nazi scum.

(45 posts)I work in construction in New York City and there are a ton of construction workers who support Trump. Right to work would not change their minds because the biggest thing to them is the migrants who they believe are going to take their jobs. Also, a lot of them are traditionally conservative and would vote for an anti-union Republican over a pro-union Democrat because they know unions will be a big part of the city, regardless of who's in office.

(10,412 posts)So he was a young kid when our former union president Reagan, Republican, went after the air traffic controllers' union.. Others followed and the middle class has yet to recover. And to prevent that recovery they pay huge bucks to right leaning media personalities to keep them in the dark. Just imagine the amount of money spent to keep us ignorant.

Some don't even join or pay dues because they are so brainwashed by the repuglican party and Fux Nooze. For some of them it's all about the gunz. They don't care about anyone but themselves.

If I say anything against Trump they knock on the sources CNN is not a valid source. MSNBC is not a valid source. To them anything against trump is misinformation.
I did have some fun with them last week I kept reminding them how fragile amendments are if the 14th which is plain as day can't be enforced. One guy understood what I was getting at and said "They are strong where they need to be "
Another guy who has a bazillion kids loved it for the few months we had the child tax credit. He was telling the crew "it was something the republicans were doing" I straightened him out immediately telling him "not a single republican voted for it."
I told him last week "They are talking about bringing it back, "But oh yea your a republican and will vote against it !"
Its endless really, Its from years and years of indoctrination from the right. Fox News. Their feed on Facebook
I am outnumbered four or five to one.

(11,863 posts)as those fucksticks. I mean if 4/5 - a full 80% are scumbags, why would I want to do what is in their best interests?
SouthernDem4ever
(6,619 posts)You know, Morons! Actually saying 80% is a bit high. I would say 20% going by personal experience. There are still plenty that realize unions are getting them a better living - we just have to keep reminding them why. The only way I can do it is to remind them what it was like before unions and why they even have OSHA laws which would not exist otherwise. There are always some fucksticks that are too self-centered to care. I end up hearing them spew sovereign citizen crap and the like. The most difficult thing to get across to them is that "NOT ONE REPUGLICAN" has ever voted for anything pro labor or pro union.

(90,017 posts)Especially since theyre willingly exposing themselves to only one side of the story, a slanted propaganda campaign. If they CHOOSE to watch Pox Noise, Im tempted to think they felt that way from the beginning and prefer Pox Noise because it reinforces what they already believe. So they get strength and validation that way.
Theres also the dynamic of well they couldnt say those things if they werent true at work here.
THATS why we DARE NOT and CANNOT stay silent. And YES Im SHOUTING!!!!!

(12,667 posts)Are designed to bankrupt labor Unions.
It requires Unions to defend and support employees who don't pay dues and are not members.
If you feel your boss is not calculating your pay accurately, and there is a Union where you work, they must represent your interest in the dispute, if you ask them.
You don't have to be a member and so you don't have to pay dues. You get free rights and privileges the same as dues paying members. By wasting time and money on non-members, the Union slowly goes bankrupt. And that's how Unions disappeared.
