Dinner with Mitch McConnell.

DH is banker type and he sometimes has to do some schmoozing with Republicans.

For some reason Mitch was in town and the bankers wanted to ask him a favor so DH had to go.

He said Mitch was very life like all things considered. And Mitch laid the praises on Mitt Romney. Talked about what a great job he is doing in the Senate and what a great guy he is on and on etc. And said nothing about Mike Lee who was sitting right there. Ha ha.

Having lived in a very red state all my life, Mitt is as good as we are going to get and the crazy GOP in Utah hate Romney so I appreciate what Mitch said, especially the part about passing up saying anything about Mike Lee. It was apparently very pointed.

If Vulture Capitalist Mittens thought there were a way he could pull a percentage off of every foot installed, I can almost promise you the dept of energy would get a trillion dollars to start putting free solar panels on American rooftops, and clean coal be damned.

If being Not Regressive could be made to profit him, Mittens would do so in a cardio heartbeat.
