What if he does die before the trial begins - or ends? Can they still follow through to a verdict? Its not like hes going to testify on the stand. We need to have a resolution on these cases whether Trump is dead or alive (and theres a good chance it will be the former).
Posthumous criminal trials do not exist in the United States.
