36. I've noticed that the defenses of TFG are always about legal technicalities.

I see no one denying that he actually did the things he is accused of.

Rather, they argue about the definitions of classification, or the privileges of a former President, or the motives of the prosecutor, or overreach by the DOJ.

If anyone actually thought he was innocent, I reckon they would be leading with that, and saying it loudly and clearly.
