I can’t find much on it. Those people are dangerous, too, and I hope someone thinks to keep an eye on them on Tuesday.

3. The original complaint was filed June 2021. It was amended October 2021

In March 2022, a motion to dismiss the case was denied by Federal District Court Judge Robert Pitman.

I suspect that over the past 12 months, discovery and other pretrial activity has been ongoing.
