Sanctions against trump and Habba are Joint&Several - meaning they can scratch eachother's eyes out

deciding which once of them is going to pay how much of the $1,000,000. **Now that is a conversation I want to hear.** trump screaming at Habba that she needs to pay it all is what I expect to be trump's opening position.

The Court can come at either one for the entire amount. It doesn't have to assess who should pay first, or who should pay what part. They are both liable for the full amount until the Court gets all $1,000,000.

The judge also said that he believes this is an amount that each can afford. And if they want to challenge that, they have 10 days to file a statement of net worth showing assets and liabilities with the court.

otoh, the insult to the courts must be why more than a few judges are writing lengthy and sharp rulings of late.
