On the planted documents theory

Nope. All President Biden's residences are probably heavily monitored and under video surveillance even when he's not in residence.

Occam's razor.

It happens. There is a procedure in place for when it does and Biden's people followed it. Trump's didn't. It isn't that hard.

doing the monitoring... and elements in the SS are clearly part of the Trump cult (Tony Ornato as an example)

so this could still be an inside job.

it is possible that after 8 years as VP, Joe Biden (or one of his aides) packed away things from the VP's office and placed them in various locations (or rather different aides packed away different documents that HAPPEN to land in different locations).

It is also possible that certain elements (like one or more agents in the Secret Service) planting such documents in the President's private offices and homes in an attempt to muddy the water surrounding Trump's obvious CRIMINAL (because he did not surrender the documents when asked) attempt to steal classified material.

We already know such people exist in the Secret Service as that became evident in the Jan 6 committee investigation.

Let me ask another question... how did all the Secret Service phones get erased right after Jan 6... and why was the SS so reluctant to provide any information about their communication surrounding the Jan 6 insurrection?

I don't believe in coincidence.

that Trump has refused to turn over. It might provide some insight into what happened to some of the missing Trump-held documents.

Now, it is a lot less likely, assuming reporting saying these were Obama-era docs ... is accurate.

To believe all of the posts, there are turned FBI and Secret Service agents bumping into Russian spies and possibly Trump and Putin themselves as they run willy nilly all over Biden's house planting documents.

The speculation line is far behind us and the leaving reality line is fast approaching.

Charges could be filed but no prosecutor would want go to a jury and try to explain the difference between Biden inadvertently placing documents in his private residence and Trump REFUSING to turn over classified material.

Such explanations will not cause 12 members of a random jury to convict TFG.
