POOF it will be gone...or, a more likely scenario, Marge will scream and lead a group hissy fit and they'll shut down the government until they can get the Senate and President to end SS, Medicare, Medicaid, and the ACA.

And the press will run with "Democrats refuse to cooperate!" as their primary story.

John Boehner and Paul Ryan had much larger majorities when they were Speaker and both could do nothing. Kevin McCarthy, with a much smaller majority, is in for a reign of hell.

They were supposed to win far more seats and they didn't. And they still don't have ther Senate.
