3. True story, In Pittsburgh we had a local tv personality that operate the PA lottery numbers. I think

it in the 70s. Any how, he get a certain arrangement of numbers to drop down the chute. It didn't make sense to alot of people that the numbers were the same. You know how people are. BUt they later found out that Nick was in the mob, his friends won the lottery. The balls were weighed down through a tiny injection spot to give them more weight. The whole format of the state lottery was changed after that disaster.
