Why does Allen Weisselberg refuse to testify against tRump & family?

4. The reference is to the fact that it's part of his plea deal he doesn't have to cooperate

with authorities in investigations in the matters to which he pleads guilty insofar as they may relate to Trump himself.

However I'm not sure this means he refuses to testify in court, which is a different thing.

He's agreed to testify against the "Trump Organization", which basically consists of Donald Trump, three of his kids, and a handful of employees.

All major decisions go through Trump or his kids. Testifying against the "organization" is, by extension, testifying against them. But he can use that language to partially shield himself from attacks.
