and I have to wonder - did TFG himself write this speech or was it written for him and he just read it from a teleprompter?

Is somebody feeding him these lines? If so - who? Who is his speechwriter?

Or is TFG capable of composing this all by himself and just extemporaneously shooting from the hip and delivering these lines/lies?
