Gonzalez said Nazly Ortiz is charged with aggravated assault. The man she was with, identified as Benjamin Greene, is charged with assault. According to Gonzalez, both were arrested.
Both appeared in court early Wednesday morning but bond was not set.
The attorney representing the couple said the two work together running a cleaning business. It was revealed that Green is a disabled Navy veteran.
Part of the incident was captured on video by a witness.

The way they were handling that gun, they are lucky they weren't shot themselves.

those 6 asswipe justices along with the GQP politicians across the USA coupled with the NRA have made this country a hot bed for extreme violence wherein many will suffer and die including children.

get mentioned? Is this something their attorney brought up to garner sympathy for the defendants?
He's disabled, therefore he gets to assault people who piss him off?

Jeez, I don't even do road rage or cursing under my breath at other drivers. But things like this just kinda surprise me each time they happen.
(my better half tells me it's to my own credit I'll never get it, and I gotta agree w/ her on this one)
