This is actually really important. Not as important as Clarence Thomas still serving on that court, but . . . all hell is going to break loose in so many ways.

Someone (on DU?) speculated that if it leaked now, they believe WE WILL FORGET ALL ABOUT IT by the time the decision is official.

They are wrong.

With the thought that if some major outrage can be generated before June, there is at least some hope the final opinion could be narrowed, or even get one of them to flip.

6. There is a possibility this was leaked

to cause the outrage that is happening now... in the hope that it swings 1 vote to the Roberts position (uphold the Mississippi 16 week ban but leave Roe intact).

That hope is forlorn I'm afraid.
