Musk Needs 'Massive Loan' or Big Tesla Sale to Buy Twitter

The market did not take Muck' s offer seriously. Normally if there is a real or credible offer, the stock moves into the hands of arbs and the price moves to be close to the offer price. Here Twitter's stock did not move because the market does not believe that Musk is credible and it is doubtful that he can finance this offer

That’s the way I’m leaning. Poor Elon wasn’t getting attention, what with the war going on and all. How better to refocus attention on himself than announcing he’s trying to buy Twitter. Ugh. He’s such a narcissistic d-bag.
