They made it sound like he could write a blanket pardon and save it for later. I can’t see how that would be valid but I don’t know how that all works. trying to persuade someone to do something, or buy something, or give something up, is to instill fear of a consequence. It doesn't need to be true. It just needs to be announced. Bannon's mistake is that he thinks we don't know this. This is basic to human commerce.

So, is he in jail now? Is he going to get a bail hearing, or is he in until he agrees to meet with the committee? I think they should slam him with the consequences of disobeying the subpoena. He's going to lie to them, anyway. They are probably after the documents.
