2. I expect Joe M. knows his voters...and maybe more key, his donors

I am pretty attentive politically but I am not sure if a pollster asked me "are you for the For the People Act"? that I would connect the dots in real time. So maybe they asked something more akin to "are you for free and fair elections?" and interpolated. I somehow can't see Manchin missing a 79%er from his voting base. And I wonder if poll was of regular voters or a broader population and how many of total eligible voters in WV actually vote especially in non-presidential elections?

educate any voters who don't know the difference.

That's like the polls where a majority of republicons liked everything about the Affordable Care Act but HATED Obamacare.

I expect him to take care of something like that and get us moving.

I was born next door in PA and the folks I grew up and lived with all knew better. No reason to let pesky things like facts get in the way of what you believe or want.

HEre in Arizona, Sinema's office doesn't reply to emails and her voice mail has been full for months. She turned into a complete snake.

... if he doesn't run again and so he is cashing in big time. BTW his daughter poisoned a lot of
W.V. against her and her family by waiting until after the election and the closing (selling out)
Mylan Pharmaceuticals in Morgantown which was a big employer in W.V.. And this was after she
raised the price on Epipins by >500% in 2016.

In the end, they don't really get affected by any of this. They have their health care, pensions, are set for life. Their kids and/or grandkids are connected and also will be in great shape for the rest of their lives.

So we are on our own. Organize now to try to keep the Presidency in 2024. To overcome the suppression, it will take a monumental effort in VA, NC, MI, WI, PA, GA, AZ to win as many states as possible to still win the electoral college if some state houses overturn the results.

There truly is no reason to waste any more energy on Manchin. It is what it is, a divided Congress and gridlock for a decade....we at least have to keep the Presidency out of Repug hands.

If he votes the right way, they probably get access to certain financial opportunites that they might not have if he were to vote in favor of the general citizenry.

Also, I think we need to keep our eyes on 2022. A loss there makes 2024 much more challenging.

The graphics aren't in order of time shown, but the second one (reading left to right) was revealing.
