My knee-jerk reaction of being repulsed when I hear them hasn't completely faded. After 4 long, interminable years of hell, I haven't quite made the switch in my head. It's like how I'd sometimes write the wrong date on checks for a couple of weeks after New Year's.
Then I realize who "the President" and "Vice President" are and my blood pressure suddenly drops and a feeling of well-being floods over me.
