Friends one question-has "zip tie man" been caught?

The masked man in the chamber with zip ties. I haven’t seen anything on him and checked google. I thought there would be more on him since he clearly was ready to be an executioner or at best a jailer of members.

I would really hope he is jailed ASAP and there is a major investigation into his social media contacts. To me, the picture of him in the chamber is chilling.

then once he's identified, the Military can recall him to active duty and charge him with treason, and Military Justice is quite harsh, at the very least, he'll probably spend the rest of his life in a Military Prison.
