21. I have two resolutions. To spend less time on social media and to spread love.

That can take many forms. Not saying the negative thing. Being kind whenever I can. Stepping back, taking a breath, looking for the complexity before going off. Not being Debbie Downer when there’s no point other than to share misery.

I don’t mean ignoring the evils nor not acting to correct them when I can. But I don’t want to add to the things that just cause more pain. I can do that.
