Jackie Johnson (R) - the Georgia District Attorney in the Brunswick Circuit who took no action after the murder of Ahmaud Arbery - lost her seat to Keith Higgins (I).

Almost half of the total. Post-racial society - right. They hunted that man down, and, then when he did the only thing left open to him (try to wrestle the gun away), they shot and killed him. The sister then put the pictures of his dead body on the Internet.

with racists. They don't think its an issue at all.

I know turnout was up significantly, but there are still a lot of people who are just plain apathetic. I see it on social media all the time. They are just checked out or focusing on different things and they have a huge distaste for politics.

I am sure a fair percentage of them are racists, but probably lower than the percentage of voters who are.

It's still terrible. But I don't think it's quite that bad.
