At times when Joe was speaking, I remember rump staring intently into the camera lens. The effect was exceedingly creepy and somewhat threatening. Did anyone else notice this? I watched on PBS, which kept up split screen most of the time.

(60,968 posts)I know I would actively try to avoid and get far away from someone acting that way. One point where it was most disconcerting was when Biden spoke of the kids separated from their families were alone.
