I bet this only makes the turnout larger!
Houston is very blue and diverse!
Austin is also even more blue, but not very
diverse. Still, we are doing our part.

TX doesn't allow no excuse absentee voting. Most of the voters receiving the applications would thus not be eligible to vote by mail.
