She smiled and went towards him which surprised me but maybe she was paid more for that, but he stood away. So him reaching for her after seeing Joe and Jills hug made her stand there woodenly. I think she was pissed at him for pulling away so she just stood there with frozen smile.

There were already several instances of these twitches that he cannot control. Probably another reason why they are trying to paint Biden as the one who is affected by some illness.
