Did a Repub senator vote with the Democrats?
Dems have 47 Senators in their caucus (including Bernie). How did they still get to 47 with Bernie absent?
Repubs have 53 in their caucus and 5 were absent and in quarantine, leaving 48. Yet, they also had 47 votes on the procedural motion, one less than I would have expected.
