I'm not usually one of those "think of the children" types, but I feel for that poor kid. They always say kids and older people are more likely to die from any kind of outbreak. He's just coughing all over that kid, not coughing into the bend of his elbow or under his arm like people are supposed to do to keep from spreading whatever they may have.
