A lot of voters have invested a lot (faith, time, energy, money, etc.) in trump.
It's easier to stay the course than admit they made a huge mistake.

He is incapable of empathy for the American people and this country.
He will always do what is good for him, his business.
People like Trump make good dictators but NEVER a POTUS.
