Pence is the "In case of Emergency Break Glass Scapegoat"?

Speculation: Pence was always the fall guy and knew it going in. His stepford wife smile and statue-like poses while Trump lies was always a bit macabre. Maybe there is an escape plan that was always there to implicate Pence if it all goes awry. We are seeing him slowly be bough into the scandals and he may have been so compromised in other areas to accept the role of emergency scapegoat.

Maybe Trump has some photos of him in a room with a woman without mommy. I mean just standing there.

He's a corrupt weasel. I don't think he's being "brought in to the scandals" so much as it's being discovered how much he was involved all along.
