About the "Can't carry his jock strap" comment.

First, of course this reeks of toxic masculinity.
But second, who the fuck thinks you can't say "jock strap" in public? It is not a profanity.
What an imbecile!

Here in the Bible Belt that would get most people permanently removed from guest lists.

Trump only knows how to behave relatively normally in "polite" society when he has normal behavior to copy. Here he was trying to fly on his own. I asked my husband, more likely than me to have run into this with his guy friends, and he'd never heard of a problem. Vanity Fair, Jezebel and Wikipedia have no problem with jockstrap. Looked up "jock itch" and ran straight into the Mayo Clinic's "symptoms and causes" info on this unfortunate malady.

Someone suggested an alternative for "blank strap," avoiding explicit mention of the genitals, of "Trump supporter." In spreading reference to the ass as well...I like it.

the "can't carry" thing, not under any disordered impression that "jock" was on the religious right's forbidden sin list.

What other world leader speaks that way in public? It's not profanity, but it's just childish and completely unprofessional.
