(I haven't had TV since the analog to digital conversion robbed me of the ablity to have access to TV I didn't have to pay a fortune to acquire.)

I now have DirectvNow with which you can stream premium channels and individual cable tv like MSNBC plus Netflix and Hulu for less than $50 a month. You dont have satellite dishes or modems. All you need is an internet connection. You get a gadget the size of a fire stick that you plug into your tv.
You can get it on all your devices. iPhone, computer, iPad, tv.

Basic television sucks.

(6,309 posts).... because the season ending finale was the best I've seen in a long time. My second choice would probably be 'The Last Ship'.

(14,565 posts)I love the weekly Bad Beats segment, after 35 years as a sports bettor including 24 living in Las Vegas.
I could give him years worth of material on all-time bad beats.
IMO, that segment is the best television of the week, especially they way they have fun with it.
If forced to pick a political talk show I would probably take Don Lemon, simply because I find myself watching him more often than any similar show, so there must be a reason. On MSNBC it would be Lawrence first, and Chris Hayes second.

(4,533 posts)Writing the title maked me choke up. Dumbo, the idea elephants have feelings too, they arent made out of rubber. Hit me big, really big. My only true religious moment ever when I looked in my dogs eyes and it hit me that he had everything important we humans have, that were not different, that day I became a vegetarian, these are super powerful emotionally to me. So I am not able to escape west world. I find every episode, every minute engrossing. All ice cream is great. All West World is great.
