1. Don't watch - please don't make yourself sick!

I never ever watch him anymore, just can't do it without getting sick. All he does is lie, hurt, demean, lie some more and commit crimes against the people of the USA and the ideals in our constitution. Plus, he's just such an ugly person, can't watch those orange asslips spew their venom and the horrible mean ugly looks in his piggy eyes. He's unwatchable and I can't even listen to him these days. I wait and read the transcripts and my blood pressure and brain are so much better for it.
