OH-12: A personal GOTV anecdote

I signed up to "text the vote" early this morning (California time) shifts throughout the weekend. I did my part, went to work and got an email from Blue Wave saying that volunteers blew through 60,000 numbers in a few hours and there's nothing left until it ramps up again Tuesday. Imagine the energy on our side after factoring callers, door-knockers and postcard writers.

My hopes are getting unrealistically high.

4. I went and voted early for Danny 2 days ago ..... I took my parents and even my Republican Dad (89)

.... voted for O'Connor. Everybody should remember that this is one of the most highly
gerrymandered districts in the nation and most people vote on EES machines too.
