I really think she meant to say "I hope those emails never get out" or "Perhaps those emails will never get out" but made it more palatable for Donald with the more assertive "Those emails will never get out".

That's putting the best spin possible on the statement.

Now, claiming she never said it when you have a lawyer saying she DID say it and he told people at that time of the conference call that she said it... this is not serving her well and makes it look like she and her lawyers are trying to cover it up.
